FORMAL NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
To Whom It May Concern:
I am submitting this formal request for assistance concerning my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which has experienced serious problems involving its cellular connectivity, eSIM functionality, access to the cellular modem/network, and repeated restarting or boot-loop behavior.
I am requesting that Apple, the applicable wireless carrier, retailer, seller, and/or service provider investigate this matter and determine whether the problem is related to a defective or corrupted eSIM, cellular configuration, carrier provisioning, iOS software or firmware, baseband/cellular modem, antenna system, logic board, or another component of the device or wireless service.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The problems I have experienced include, but may not be limited to:
Loss of normal cellular connectivity.
Problems accessing or maintaining cellular service through the iPhone's cellular modem.
Suspected defective, corrupted, or improperly provisioned eSIM functionality.
Loss of access to cellular voice, text, and/or mobile data services.
Continued ability to use the device through Wi-Fi while cellular connectivity is unavailable or unreliable.
Problems that appear to be associated with the cellular/eSIM configuration and that may contribute to the phone repeatedly restarting or entering a boot loop.
Difficulty maintaining normal operation of the iPhone after cellular/eSIM problems occur.
Possible interaction between the cellular modem, eSIM, carrier provisioning, iOS software, and device firmware.
I am not asserting that any particular party intentionally caused these problems. I am requesting a professional technical investigation to determine the actual cause.
REQUEST FOR APPLE
I respectfully request that Apple and/or an Apple Authorized Service Provider:
Perform a complete diagnostic examination of the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Test the cellular modem/baseband system.
Test the physical cellular hardware and antennas.
Examine the eSIM subsystem and eSIM provisioning status.
Determine whether the device has experienced a known hardware, firmware, software, or iOS-related failure.
Determine whether the device is capable of properly communicating with cellular networks.
Examine available diagnostic and crash information for evidence of cellular-modem, baseband, firmware, or kernel-related failures.
Determine whether an iOS restoration, firmware repair, eSIM replacement/reprovisioning, or hardware repair is appropriate.
Determine whether the device qualifies for warranty, AppleCare, consumer-law, or other applicable service.
If the device is defective, provide an appropriate repair or replacement rather than simply restoring the device and returning it without determining the underlying cause.
Provide me with a written explanation of the diagnostic findings and recommended remedy.
REQUEST TO WIRELESS CARRIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
I also request assistance from Mint Mobile, Zero Wireless/Access Wireless, Cricket Wireless, Mobile Supply, and any other carrier or reseller involved with the device or cellular account.
Please determine whether:
The eSIM was correctly provisioned.
The device's IMEI/EID was correctly associated with the account.
The cellular line was properly activated.
The device was incorrectly suspended, blocked, or restricted.
There were provisioning errors.
There were network-side registration problems.
The carrier's eSIM profile was corrupted or improperly installed.
A replacement eSIM can be issued.
The device is properly authorized to operate on the applicable network.
Any carrier-side configuration could be contributing to the loss of cellular connectivity.
I request that the carrier provide reasonable technical assistance to restore lawful cellular service to the device.
REQUEST TO AMAZON, MOBILE SUPPLY, AND OTHER SELLERS
If Amazon, Mobile Supply, or another retailer/seller supplied the iPhone or related cellular equipment, I request that the seller investigate whether the device may have been defective, improperly represented, previously repaired, improperly activated, or otherwise affected before or during my ownership.
I request information concerning any applicable:
Warranty;
Return rights;
Manufacturer warranty;
Seller warranty;
Replacement policy;
Repair program;
Protection plan;
Device history available to the seller; and
Other applicable consumer remedies.
REQUEST TO PRESERVE RELEVANT INFORMATION
Please preserve relevant records concerning this matter, including, where applicable:
Device diagnostic records;
Repair records;
Activation records;
eSIM provisioning records;
Carrier account records;
IMEI/EID records;
Cellular registration records;
Device replacement records;
Customer-service case numbers;
Technical-support notes;
Warranty records; and
Communications concerning this device or service problem.
I am requesting these records for the legitimate purpose of understanding and resolving the technical problem with my device and cellular service.
REQUEST FOR A PRACTICAL REMEDY
My primary goal is to have my iPhone 15 Pro Max fully restored to reliable operation, including normal cellular connectivity.
I request, as appropriate:
Repair of the device;
Replacement of defective components;
Replacement or re-provisioning of the eSIM;
Cellular account/network correction;
Firmware or software restoration;
Replacement of the iPhone if a hardware defect is confirmed; or
Another reasonable remedy recommended by the manufacturer, carrier, retailer, or applicable warranty.
I also request that my personal data be protected during any diagnostic or repair procedure and that I be informed before any procedure that could erase my data.
REQUEST FOR WRITTEN RESPONSE
Please provide a written response identifying:
The company or department responsible for handling this request;
The technical findings;
Whether the problem is believed to be hardware, software, eSIM, carrier provisioning, network-related, or another issue;
What corrective action is recommended;
Whether the device qualifies for warranty or other repair/replacement assistance;
Any documentation or information you require from me; and
The appropriate next step for completing the repair or replacement.
I am making this request in good faith and would prefer to resolve this matter directly through Apple, the applicable wireless carrier, retailer, or authorized service provider.
Nothing in this request should be interpreted as waiving any rights, warranties, remedies, consumer protections, or other legal rights that may apply.
I respectfully request prompt technical assistance because reliable cellular service is an important function of the device, and the continuing cellular/eSIM problems and restarting/boot-loop behavior have substantially interfered with my ability to use the iPhone normally.

Requested resolution: Diagnostic evaluation, repair or replacement, eSIM/carrier correction, and restoration of reliable cellular service.
This version is intentionally careful about the legal wording: it documents what happened and requests an investigation without claiming that Apple, Amazon, a carrier, or another company definitely caused the defect. I can also turn this into a stronger formal demand letter with specific warranty/consumer-law language and separate versions for Apple, Amazon, and each carrier.

and not able to do streams on Michaelguldelive Youtube and i been updating ticktok simracingwithmichael with content.
My laptop gigabyte is dead, my desktop amd socket5 is dead and i am using my steamdeck to update this post. My I5 is with baziite is having issues but i have 3070 installed  and got bazite and i can’t seem to get obs to stream content with bazite i having issues figureing out how to get obs to steream games and i can’t stream apex legends because bazite wouldn’t work becuase its linux.

 and i missed Computxt InnoVex TaiPei I  was media and it really sucked missing that show! My voices in my head said that Nvidia and AMD might have offered to take me to show possibly but too bad i guess i didn’t make it they gave my friend who made a custom linux distro like steamos hard problems but that might be just in my head. We were going to work with humble bundle and offer it with some roms from japan as new linux based os for phones but we still need find way to come up with linux pay and support for new lte modems and other stuff not supported in linux.
 
i also had someone or something or devil or something evil attacking my Knee so that i can’t walk or be mobile i walk 15000 usually a day because my SUV was attacked and Radiator was damaged and then later something was done so that transmission wouldn’t go into gear so i have to sell my suv.
I am having issues with my host and having issues with this Theme and with wordpress presenting it in way i want it seen.

He told me another youtuber had my content from my trip to ces 2026 in eu area and was using it and that my statics for my videos and content was way low and not paid. Yeah can see it beacuse it show the same use hours but does not grow and people are still watching my content. Trump won 21 million from youtube for jan 6 for those who kill people trying to defend the capital and killed them by pushing thier way through the to capital was any said when he pardon them? Could he have controled the crowd could pence have controlled the crowd and made a travel through capital a nonviolent experience.
